Payment & Shipping
Payments are processed securely through our website via credit or debit card, or through PayPal. All orders must be paid upfront and will not be shipped without payment. All items ship from Durham, North Carolina.

We aim to ship your item(s) within three business days of purchase. Packages are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage, and should arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment. You will receive tracking information for these packages. Small items, like stickers and individual cards, are sent in an envelope via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 1-5 business days. Items sent via First Class Mail do not have tracking numbers.

Shipping is only available within the USA at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We truly hope you love everything you purchase from Papermill Creative! If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us with a proof of purchase within three days of receipt for a refund or replacement. We'll do everything we can to make it right. You may be asked to return the item in its original condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Sales items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged Items
Oh no! We try our hardest to package everything with care, but if your item arrived damaged, please send a picture of the item and, if possible, the shipping material within three days of receipt to lori@papermillcreative.com. We'll get you a replacement as soon as we can.
